Caresse Bennett
Caresse Bennett is a former massage therapist and doula who studied with Rima Star, the co-mother of Water Birth in the modern U.S. On her path to better understand intuitive body and health care, Caresse also studied macrobiotic philosophy, diet and cooking with Chef Dawn Ludwig, former owner of the Natural Epicurean Cooking School in Austin, Texas, and has continued to expand her understanding of intuitive health and food choices through self-study and experimentation. Caresse also is a writer and poet currently working on the first in a series of novels celebrating the Divine Feminine.
