Juliet is a home cook and avid gardener based in Austin, Texas. Her cooking inspiration comes from her Filipino-Italian roots, a love of world cuisines, and a deep appreciation of the natural world. She has a BS in Ecology and managed the University of Texas Micro Farm during its first year. A reformed frozen food junkie, she was able to turn her life around with the help of a fitness challenge group, although she still hates cardio with a passion.
