Six Hours In Singapore’s Changi Airport: The Healthiest Layover You’ll Ever Have

Going to Southeast Asia? Chances are you'll find yourself with one, two or even six hours in Singapore's Changi airport, one of the largest in the region. Luckily, as Editor Carly recently discovered, there's no better place to spend a layover.

As a world-class airport and one of the largest transportation hubs in Southeast Asia, Singapore’s Changi airport is more than an airport, it’s an experience. With a six-hour layover on my way from Bali to Thailand, I set out to create the healthiest layover ever. Here, step-by-step, how to have the healthiest (and overall best) airport experience ever. (Seriously.)

To hydrate and refuel: Boost Juice Bar (Terminal 1)

To meditate: Prayer Room (Terminal 1, 2 & 3)

For local remedies: Eu Yan Sang (Terminal 1 & 2)

To eat well: TGM (Terminal 2)

For fresh air and a bit o’ sun: Roof-top pool (Terminal 1)

To move your body: Cardio & weight room (Terminal 1)

To relax from head to toe: Wellness Oasis (Terminal 1)

For a nature fix: Enchanted Garden, Orchid Garden, Sunflower Garden (T1, T2, T3)
